Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at fetemassive@icloud.com. Accepted returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at fetemassive@icloud.com if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item as per our return policy, then place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at fetemassive@icloud.com.
